Who we are

Xin Shui is a trading name of Consilium Growth Project Management Services, a sole establishment licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (licence number 1641120). In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to that entity, operating as Xin Shui, and "you" refers to the client booking a session. These Terms govern the sessions and any written profile we provide. By booking and paying for a session, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Notice.

The nature of what we offer

Xin Shui offers self-reflection sessions drawn from a classical framework for understanding personal tendencies, strengths, and rhythms. Sessions, and any written profile, are provided for personal reflection and wellbeing only. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial, legal, or predictive advice, and are not a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional. Our sessions are for adults. Participation is voluntary, and you may pause, redirect, or end a session at any point. Please read this alongside our Disclaimer.

Booking and payment

A session is confirmed only once payment has been received. Until then, a time may be held for you but is not confirmed.

For a single session, a deposit of fifty percent is payable to confirm the booking, and the balance is due on the day of the session. For a package, the full fee is payable at the time of booking, and the package is valid for twelve months from the date of purchase.

Our fees are the amounts confirmed to you in writing before payment. We are not currently registered for VAT, and VAT is not charged on our fees. If this changes, fees will be stated inclusive of any VAT that applies.

How sessions are delivered

Sessions are delivered online or in person, by arrangement made with you when you book. You share your date, time and place of birth before we meet, so that your profile can be prepared in advance.

Your information and your responsibilities

Your profile is prepared from the date, time and place of birth you give us, so please provide these as accurately as you can. You remain responsible for any decisions or actions you take following a session. We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Notice.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session with at least twenty-four hours notice. One reschedule per session is permitted as standard, and any reschedule must fall within the twelve-month validity period of a package. A reschedule requested with less than twenty-four hours notice is treated as a cancellation, as set out below.

If we do not proceed

If we cancel a session or are unable to proceed, you may choose either a full refund or a reschedule at no charge.

If you cancel

For a single session, the fifty percent deposit is not refundable, because your profile is prepared in advance. Any balance not yet paid is not due.

For a package, if you choose to cancel before all sessions are used, the refund is the total amount paid, less each session already delivered charged at our standard published single-session rate for the equivalent session type. Any remaining balance is refunded by bank transfer. A session that has taken place, or that is treated as delivered under the no-show or late-reschedule terms, counts as delivered for this calculation. If the recalculated amount equals or exceeds the total paid, no refund is due, and in no case will you be charged more than the amount already paid. Sessions not used within the twelve-month validity period expire and are not refundable.

A confirmed session missed without at least twenty-four hours notice is treated as delivered and is not refunded.

Refunds

Where a refund is due under these Terms, it is made by bank transfer within fourteen working days.

Events beyond reasonable control

If either of us is prevented from proceeding by events beyond reasonable control, the session is rescheduled without penalty to either side.

Intellectual property

The framework, methods, materials, and any written profile we produce remain our intellectual property. Your written profile is provided for your own personal use. You may not resell it or reproduce it for commercial purposes.

Confidentiality

We keep what you share with us confidential and handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Notice.

Our responsibility to you

Sessions are offered for personal reflection, and you remain responsible for the decisions you make. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, we are not liable for any decision or action you take following a session. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in these Terms removes any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the one published at the time you book.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
